What We Do:

At WINEPAIRINGS we try and keep things easy and simple for you. When you contact us (via a telephone call or e-mail) we will obtain general information about your event: the time, location and the expected number of guests, as well as your budget. We will help to determine the amount of wine that you may require and the scope of our involvement. We can accommodate most requests, from a simple delivery of a few selected cases of wine to numerous pairings for a multi course dinner.  We can even arrange for a complete wine tasting event for a party.   Please tell us what food you plan on serving, or refer us to your Event Coordinator, Chef, or Caterer. At that time we will also cover our billing policy and any other questions you may have.

The next step will be for us to pre-match the right wine selections to the dishes served at your function. Our mission is to obtain unique and appealing choices of the highest quality that fit your budget. If you wish, an advanced tasting of suggested wines can be arranged at that point.  Once the final selection has been made, we then inform you of your final cost and will arrange for final Invoicing: we can accommodate cash , certified funds, money orders and most credit cards. We offer our own delivery service to most of the Colorado Front Range and can also arrange for shipping to other locations using local or national carriers. We are committed to making your wine procurement easy and your event memorable.

How We Do it

At WINEPAIRINGS we believe that wine knowledge does not have to come with attitude. Similarly, good wine does not have to be outrageously priced. We use our experience and know how to eliminate the guesswork and facilitate your selection. WINEPAIRINGS has business affiliates on all levels of the Wine Distribution Business. From Producers to Importers and Distributors.  Therefore, the selections we offer are limitless. If there is something special you would like, be it a rare vintage from a world class producer or just a wine you really covet, please let us know - chances are we can get it. For most occasions, we rely on our in house portfolio which feature value wines; many are from small wine makers, representing some of the top growing regions in the world, who place emphasis on winemaking rather then marketing. Often these wines are imported directly, and are not available in the local retail market place.  This allows you to have selections for your event, which are not available at your local wine store, and at prices that are competitive.

 We will recommend wines according to your needs. At the time your wine selection is made we will procure it on your behalf from our local or out of state Affiliates. Your wine will than be set aside at the warehouse, were you may arrange for pick up or have our delivery service bring it to you. After your event, should you have any unused wine you may return it for a full refund.
